Annual General Meeting & Member BBQ

Join us for our Annual General Meeting and a relaxed backyard BBQ cookout. This is your opportunity to stay informed, have your voice heard, and connect with fellow members in a laid-back setting.
We’re making it worth your while, members who attend the AGM will receive a free meal as part of the evening.
What to expect:
- 5:00 PM – Doors open
- 6:00 PM – Backyard BBQ dinner served
- 7:00 PM – AGM begins
Come early, enjoy a great meal, then stick around for the meeting. Your participation matters, and nights like this are what keep the Club strong.
Food Service Notice
Food served at Club 183 / Masonic Temple events may be prepared in a kitchen that is not inspected by the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit.
These events are operated by a fraternal organization under the exemption provisions of Ontario Regulation 493/17 (Food Premises).
Food is prepared and handled by volunteers.
Guests attend and consume food at their own discretion, particularly if they have allergies or dietary sensitivities.
