This month, we’re heading down to the bayou — 183 style. Bill’s taking over the kitchen with his signature “Cajun but not spicy” jambalaya, a hearty, flavourful mix of chicken, sausage, and rice simmered to perfection. It’s got all the warmth and soul of Louisiana cooking, without the burn.
